FR Bruit Fantôme. C’est le nom qu’on donne à un acouphène. Ce sifflement parfois incessant, qui survient sans qu’on s’y attende et dont l’origine semble mystérieuse. C’est aussi le nom d’un énigmatique personnage né des séquenceurs d’un logiciel de MAO et d’un amour pour le jazz sans repères.

Et bien que les rythmes de Bruit Fantôme soit d’une précision sans faille, l’esprit punk et les éléments de surprise s’immiscent à chaque interstice de sa musique. À grands coups de nappes synthwave peintes sur des kicks breakés ou de mélodies acid nébuleuses, il transporte les auditeurs dans une faille spatio-temporelle direction les années 80 à Détroit.

Son nouvel EP Egypte Pyramide vient rendre un hommage vibrant à cette époque marquée par des artistes tels que Egyptian Lover ou Drexciya, à la croisée d’une techno cybernétique et d’une hypnose organique. A-Sim et Evenn viennent ajouter une nouvelle dimension à l’ensemble avec leurs remix faisant le pont avec les club d’aujourd’hui.

Bruit Fantôme. That's what we call tinnitus. It's a sometimes incessant whistling sound that comes unexpectedly and whose origin seems mysterious. It's also the name of an enigmatic character born from the sequencers of an MAO software and a love of jazz without reference points.

And while Bruit Fantôme's rhythms are unfailingly precise, the punk spirit and elements of surprise intrude at every interstice of his music. With synthwave layers painted on broken kicks and nebulous acid melodies, he transports listeners into a space-time rift, heading for 80s Detroit.

His new EP Egypte Pyramide is a vibrant tribute to this era, marked by artists such as Egyptian Lover and Drexciya, at the crossroads of cybernetic techno and organic hypnosis. A-Sim and Evenn add a new dimension to the whole with their remixes bridging the gap with today's club scene.
